VI regional tournament - Brighton

Membership is free but you will need to identify a registered venue where you usually play
Acceptance lists will be published after the
entry deadline. Players need to play in one regional tournament to qualify for
the National Championships. Please note - We will endeavour to accommodate all entries, shortening games if necessary Arrival Please aim to arrive in plenty of time for first matches, a registration room will be set up and you will be directed there on arrival
Meet and greets will be available subject to demand from bus and/or train, details will be provided nearer the date
Lunches & other catering The cost of entry for players will be £25 to include a subsidised packed lunch, details of sandwich and any options will be sent nearer the tournament
There are 2 water coolers on site, there is also a cafe/bar where you can buy drinks and snacks throughout the day, please bring your own water bottles
Tournament Meal We are planning once again to go to Donatello's a popular Italian restaurant in Brighton's lanes on Saturday evening at 7.30pm for 8pm, all players, volunteers and officials welcome. It would be very helpful to have an idea of numbers for reserving seats, website and menu
Photography & Video We hope to have a photographer for the weekend and filming may also take place at the event, your registration will be taken as consent but please let us know if you would prefer not to be photographed.
Please note Virgin Active is a public venue and we do not therefore have exclusive access over the weekend, please therefore be careful with taking photographs and videos if you intend publishing these on social media,
Emergency contact Please can we encourage players and volunteers to carry emergency contact details including detail of essential medication, if you wish for us to hold them during the event you may do so when booking or at registration. Data Protection We will not pass on any information you provide to third parties or use it for marketing or fundraising purposes We will make best endeavours to ensure that your data is kept secure and only seen by those who need access for the purpose of organising the tournament
