Please use the LTA link above to enter. Please remember that you need to log into your BTM account to enter. If you have forgotten your username or password donít worry, either use the website to re-set it or contact Kirsty at the Tennis Foundation who will arrange for it to be re-set.
If you donít have a BTM account please let her know & she can help you sign up. Membership is free but you will need to identify a registered venue where you usually play
Acceptance for regional tournaments will be based on players from within the region that the tournament is taking place being accepted first. The entries will then be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
This should allow all players to be able to participate in at least one regional tournament. Acceptance lists will be published after the entry deadline. Players need to play in one regional tournament to qualify for the National Championships.

Please aim to arrive in plenty of time for first matches, a registration room will be set up and you will be directed there on arrival
Meet and greets will be available at approx 10.30 on Saturday and 8.30 on Sunday see venue page for more precise details
Lunches & other catering
The cost of entry for players will include a subsidised packed lunch consisting of
1 x Sandwich or Wrap Ė
Bag of Popchips
Milk Chocolate Rice cakes
There are 2 water coolers on site, there is also a cafe/bar where you can buy drinks and snacks throughout the day, please bring your own water bottles
We are planning to go to Donatello's a popular Italian restaurant in Brighton's lanes on Saturday evening 7.30 - 8pm, all players, volunteers and officials welcome it would be very helpful to have an idea of numbers for reserving seats, website and menu n.b.
Photography & Video
We will have a photographer for the weekend and Sussex Tennis (LTA) will also be producing a film for their annual awards or take photographs at the event, Under new regulations we need to ask your consent and this can be done at registration. Virgin Active is a public venue and we do not therefore have exclusive access over the weekend
We will therefore need to request that you limit the use of photography and filming at the event, more guidance will be given on this at the briefing before the matches start
Please can we encourage players and volunteers to carry emergency contact details including detail of essential medication, if you wish for us to hold them during the event you may do so when booking or at registration.
We will not pass on any information you provide to third parties or use it for marketing or fundraising purposes
We will make best endeavours to ensure that your data is kept secure and only seen by those who need access for the purpose of organising the tournament
